Effort & Structure Looking for effort, reflection and clear structure in writing. 30 points.	Excellent - Structure of the paper is clear and easy to follow. - Student demonstrates clear effort in thinking through their personal reflections as well as making connections to policies/solutions.	Fair - Structure of the paper is not easy to follow. - Paragraph transitions need improvement. - Student demonstrates adequate effort, but the writing appears rushed with minimal reflection.
