Students will create a Google slide presentation that discusses some of the important facts about First Peoples of Canada and how they created and used various scientific techniques and products.

The students will design a poster demonstrating understanding of the novel using symbolism to explain thematic concepts. Symbols must be defined as well as linked to a quotation in the novel.

Students will research information on a particular invention and illustrate concepts and information in a creative, appealing, and easy to understand poster.

The students will work on together to put together a tri-fold display board for display. The tri-fold display board will contain relevant information directly related to the sport selected by the students. The tri-fold display board should have areas segmented that directly reflect the outline created by the student. The project will be designed on a tri fold poster board. The student is required to explain their poster to the class and teacher
