Fair - Major points are addressed, but not well supported or discussed. - Content is accurate - Content is mostly complete.	Substandard - Content is incomplete. - Major required topics are lacking or not all included or poorly discussed.
Organization & Structure 20 pts	Exceptional - Structure of the paper is clear. -Conclusion flows from the body of paper. - Introduction previews major points. - Paragraph transitions is logical.	Fair - Structure of the paper is not easy to follow. - Introduction does not preview all major points. - Paragraph transition need improvement. - Conclusion is does not flow well.	Substandard - Structure detracts from the message of the writer. - Introduction and/or conclusion is missing. - Paragraphs are disjointed and lack transition of thoughts.
Topic Assessment 20 pts	Exceptional -Paper presents well researched and documented topics for discussion. -paper is the required length.	Fair -Paper presents adequately researched topics for discussion, and is almost required length.	Substandard -Paper does not present well documented research for topic discussion, and is well below required length.
APA Formatting 20 pts	Exceptional - Paper follows APA designated guidelines with all required components.	Fair - Paper follows most APA guidelines. -Formattting is mostly accurate with most required components.	Substandard - Paper lacks many elements of correct APA formattting such as citations, title page, references, page numbers.
Current Resource Publications Cited 20 pts	Exceptional All sources are recent and relevant.	Fair Recent sources with questionable relevance.	Substandard Selections later than 8 years to date.
