Average - Adequately addresses most points of the question. - Ideas presented demonstrate a familiarity with the material. - Provides adequate evidence, but some of it is either incorrect or irrelevant.	Poor - Fails to address many points of the question. - Ideas presented demonstrate a misunderstanding of the material. - Provides limited evidence or contains multiple errors.	Unacceptable - Answer has little connection to the question. - Ideas presented are unrelated to the material. - Lacks accurate evidence or fails to connect evidence to claims.
Length	Excellent - Deal substantially with the topic.	Average - Deals fairly with the topic.	Poor - Deals superficially with the topic.	Unacceptable - The most important features of the topic are not mentioned.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Excellent - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed. Spelling is correct (where reasonable) - Writing style is professional and language is clear.
