Content & Development 50 pts	Poor - Content is incomplete. - Major points are not clear and /or persuasive.	Fair -the ending is somewhat clear - Content is inconsistent with regard to the story line or characters already in the story	Good .-the fairy tale ending is clearly described -it contains at least 3 elements that connect it with the original plot -the writing fits with the rest of the fairy tale
Organization & Structure 20 pts	Poor - Organization and structure detract from the message of the writer. -	Fair - Structure is not easy to follow. -	Good - Structure of the ending is clear and easy to follow. -
Format 10 pts	Poor - Paper lacks many elements of correct formattting. - Paragrpah is inadequate/excessive in length.	Fair - Paper follows most guidelines.	Good - Paper follows designated guidelines. - Paper is the appropriate length as described for the assignment. -Original fairy tale is summarized before ending
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling 20 pts	Poor - Paper contains numerous grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. - Language is difficult to understand.	Fair - Paper contains few grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. - Language lacks clarity or details to help reader understand the plot	Good - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed; spelling is correct. - Language is clear and precise; sentences display consistently strong, varied structure.
