Meeting - Content is accurate and - Major points are stated. - Content and purpose of the writing are clear. - Most questions answered.	Approaching - Major points are addressed, but not well supported. - Responses are inadequate or do not address assignment - Some questions answered.	Beginning - Content is incomplete - Major points are not clear and - Few questions answered.
Format	Exceeding - Paper is the appropriate length as described for the assignment. - Format enhances readability of paper	Meeting - Paper follows designated guidelines. - Paper is the appropriate length as described for the assignment. - Format is good.	Approaching - Paper follows most guidelines.	Beginning - Paper lacks many elements of correct formatting - Paper is inadequate in length.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Exceeding - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed; spelling is correct.
