This rubric is designed to assess the presentation. The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions.

Students will demonstrate the ability to make decisions and set goals to enhance health. Students will identify a personal health goal and outline the process of achieving the goal using the SMART goal acronym. Students will define the goal,step by step, and keep track of their progress using the SMART outline. Students will reflect on whether they achieved the goal or how they will adjust it to keep working on it through reflection questions.

Summary: 2nd paragraph, summarize the plot of the novel. Tell the 5 most important things that happened. 3. Evaluation: 3rd paragraph give your personal opinion of the book. Give it some serious thought. Tell what you liked and didn’t like about the novel and why.
