Philosophy of Eight Dimensions of Health 
In your writings you are to include your own definition of health, why health is important to you, how all eight dimesions impact you as an indivdual and the community around you and why it is important to educate others about the eight dimensions of health . The use of at least 3 sources is required. All sources MUST BE CITED USING EASYBIB.COM Make sure you get an approved topic before starting. Remember, you are telling me why you need to be healthy and ways to stay healthy so as not to develop your illness. The three factors that influence our health: Lifestyle, Environment and Heredity. The 5 components of physical fitness are: Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition. Look on Blackboard for the Health Standards. You must pick at least 2 Standards that you are addressing in your paper.
