Organization & Structure 10 pts	Substandard - Structure detracts from the message of the writer. -Assignments are inconsistent. - Paragraphs are disjointed and lack transition of thoughts. 2 points	Poor - Assignments not easy to follow. - Introductions do not preview all major points. - Paragraph transitions need improvement. 4 points	Fair - Structure & content of assignments are clear. 6 points	Good Well done, but could have used a bit more polishing. 8 points	Exceptional Clear, Concise, and Compelling throughout every assignment 10 points
