Exceeding Standard - Content includes all four questions, is accurate, and persuasive. - Major points are stated clearly and are well supported. - Content and purpose of the writing are clear.
Organization & Structure 1 pts	Below Standard -Paper lacks organization and structure, does not follow most rules of grammar or has excessive spelling errors.	Approaching Standard - Organization and structure detract from the message of the writer. - Paragraph is disjointed and lack transition of thoughts. -Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation have many mistakes.	Meets Standard - Structure of the paragraph is not easy to follow. - Paragraph transitions need improvement. -Rules of grammar, usage, and punctation is mostly followed; spelling is mostly correct.
