Organization 20 pts	Poor The paper is hard to follow. Transitions are poor.	Fair - Organization of the paper is not easily followed. -Introduction does not preview all major points. - Paragraph transition needs improvement.	Good - Paper is well organized. Introduction previews major points. - Paragraph transitions is logical	Exceptional - The paper contains a clear introduction, body, and conclusion flows from the body of paper. One idea per paragraph; logical transitions between paragraphs.
Topic Assessment 10 pts	Poor Paper presents inadequately researched topics for discussion, and is not the required length.
