Date Recording Have you put the date in the proper place to show where your work begins?	Exceeds Standards -Date is correct and clearly defines where the assignment begins.	Mastery of Standards -Date is written on the page.	Progressing toward Standards -Date is inconsistently/ incorrectly written.	Limited Progress -Missing date on assignment/page.
Format Have I rewritten the question? Skipped a line then answered the question fully?	Exceeds Standards Format for Journal writing is neat and correct.
