Content Content of paper addresses the three criteria: description/role, Context analysis, synthesis	Excellent Content addresses assignment including course concepts. Content and purpose of the writing are clear. Content answers all of the questions	Good Content is adequate and addresses assignment. Many of the questions are answered.	Fair Content addresses assignment, inadequately Content is inconsistent with regard to purpose and clarity of thought.	Poor Content is incomplete. Questions were not adequately answered.
Leadership Traits/Characteristics	Excellent Student expresses many interpretations about the leadership concepts. Makes inferences about the leadership concepts with a high degree of relevance.
