Restaurant Commercial Restaurant Commercial Students will create a flyer/poster advertising their restaurant in addition to a commerical. Organization	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.
Content	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) of the restaurant.	Good Student is at ease with his content and has an easy flow within the message.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information.	Poor Content is weak. Words used are incorrect or pronounced incorrectly.
Professionalism	Excellent Presentation was very professional and students stayed on topic all of the time.	Good Presentation was almost professional and students stayed on topic almost all of the time.	Fair Presentation was somewhat professional and students stayed on topics most of the time	Poor Presentation was not professional (students did not take assignment seriously); students did not stay on topic at all
Interest and Purpose	Excellent Commercial has a clear and interesting purpose. Engaging for target audience. Includes persuasive techniques.	Good Commercial is interesting but purpose is somewhat unclear. Somewhat engaging for target audience. Includes persuasive techniques.	Fair Commeurcial is not very interesting and purpose is somewhat unclear. Somewhat engaging.	Poor Commercial is not interesting and has no discernible purpose. Not engaging for target audience.
Projection	Excellent Volume level is appropriate and rate of speech is clear.	Good Volume level is moderate and rate of speech is inconsistent.	Fair Volume level varies and rate of speech is inconsistent.	Poor Difficult to hear and rate of speech is either too quick or slow.
Poster	Excellent Poster was submitted on time and contained more than the required amount of information about your restaurant and the dishes served.	Good Poster submitted on time. Infromation required was on poster. All information was presented clearly. Poster looked professional.	Fair Poster was submitted 1-2 days late. Information was incorrect or poster was done hastily.	Poor Poster was submitted more than 2 days late. Information on poster is sloppy and hard to understand.
