Organization x2	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which can be easy to follow.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which can be easy follow.	Fair Difficult to follow the PSA because student jumps around.	Poor Cannot understand the PSA because there is no sequence of information.
Content & Engagement x 3	Excellent PSA is complete with powerful message that raises awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue.	Good Commercial is complete with effective message that raises awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue.	Fair Commercial is somewhat complete with effective message that raises awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue.	Poor Commercial is not complete and does not contain any message that raises awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue.
Creativity and Presentation x2	Excellent Is extremely creative and is well presented. Clearly communicates the message and attractive.	Good Is very creative and is well presented. Generally Clearly communicates the message and attractive.	Fair Is somewhat creative and effective and the presentation is adequate.	Poor Shows little creativity and is not well presented.
