Grade 8: Available Water for Communities 
The purpose of this unit is to facilitate student learning about the different sources of water, and how the source of water affects communities and people. The student will create a project to present their community. The student present facts about their community, and how the source of their water supply affects its growth and development. After the student has gathered all of the research, they will synthesize the information and develop a report and presentation about their community.
