Grade 8 Geography Site & Situation Research Project 
The purpose of this unit is to facilitate student learning about the community in which we live. The student will create a project to present their community. The student present facts about their community's resources, culture, government, geography, recreational pastimes, history, economics, etc. After the student has gathered all of the research, they will synthesize the information and develop a report about their community.
