Thinking/Inquiry	Excellent PSA is complete with powerful message that raises awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue. A catchy & creative slogan is central.	Good Commercial is complete with effective message that raises awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue. A creative and relevant slogan is used.	Fair Commercial is somewhat complete with effective message that raises awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue. A relevant slogan is used.
