Collaborative Task • QUESTION 1 (5 parts) : Outline the 5 keys to success. • QUESTION 2: Do you agree that these are the most important five factors for SME success? Can you think of any other factors which could be included?
	In Progress Students may need intervention to complete more of the work accurately and have a greater level of participation. 0 pts	Basic Students are working toward being able to complete the task with accuracy and adequate participation. 1 pts	Proficient Students work together well to complete the task with a high level of accuracy. 2 pts	Advanced Students work together well to complete the task with a high level of accuracy. Answers are comprehensive and considered. 3 pts
Completion How many of the questions were completed?	In Progress The students completed less than half the task in the allocated time frame.	Basic The students completed most of the task in the allocated time frame.	Proficient The students completed all of the task in the allocated time frame.	Advanced The students completed all of the questions in the allocated time frame and the responses were comprehensive.
