ASSIGNMENT COMPLETION How much of the assignment was completed?	Intervention The student completed less than half of the worksheet packet in the allowed time frame.	Basic The student completed half of the worksheet packet in the allowed time frame.	Progressing The student nearly completed the worksheet packet in the allowed time frame.	Proficient The student completed all of the worksheet packet in the allowed time frame.
ACCURACY How much of the assignment was done accurately	Intervention The student accurately answered a minor portion if any of the worksheet packet.	Basic The student accurately answered a relatively small to medium portion of the worksheet packet.	Progressing The student accurately answered a large portion of the worksheet packet.	Proficient The entire worksheet packet was answered completely and correctly.
Group Participation How well did the student participate in the group?	Intervention Minimal effort was given. The student lacked engagement and collaboration in activity.	Basic Some effort was made, The student engaged and collaborated very little.	Progressing Good effort was made and the student met my expectations.
