Professional communication Movie Trailer Invention Commercial Students will create movie trailer about cell phone etiquette/safety. Presentation Rubric
	Excellent 5 pts	Good 4 pts	Fair 3 pts	Poor 2 pts
Organization	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.it is not school appropriate.
Content	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) of the subject. It is very school appropriate.	Good Student is at ease with the content and has an easy flow within the message. It is school appropriate.	Fair The content does not flow and seems out of sequence. More research is required but it is school appropriate.	Poor Content is weak. Facts are inaccurate. Student should have researched in more depth. It is not school appropriate.
Knowledge	Excellent The production shows excellent knowledge of subject and extensive research.	Good The production shows some knowledge of the subject and some research.	Fair The production shows a lack of knowledge of the subject and lack of research.	Poor Many inaccurate facts were stated throughout the movie trailer.
Story Line	Excellent Movie trailer has a clear and interesting purpose. Engaging for target audience.	Good Movie trailer is interesting but purpose is somewhat unclear. Somewhat engaging for target audience.	Fair Movie trailer is not very interesting and purpose is unclear. Somewhat engaging but for the wrong audience.	Poor Movie trailer is not interesting and has no discernible purpose. Not engaging for target audience.
Technology	Excellent The technology is used in an appropriate and acceptable manner. Student exhibits full understanding.	Good The technology is used in an appropriate and acceptable manner. Student exhibits understanding.	Fair The technology is used in an appropriate manner.	Poor The technology is used but the student lacks understanding.
