Focus on Topic Content Knowledge	Below Standards The presentation is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented. Confusing.	Reaching Standards Does not have all of the relevant information. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion and may be hard to understand.	Meeting Standards Presentation includes all relevant information; however, it is not well-organized or easily understood.	Exceeding Standards The presentation includes all information relevant to the topic. The presentation is creative, clear and concise. The student had all the information that was required for assignment.
Work quality/effort	Below Standards Work was done with little effort, quality is not what the student is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.	Reaching Standards Work was done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the student is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.	Meeting Standards The work was done with good effort that shows what the student is capable of. It is evident that time was put into the presentation.	Exceeding Standards The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the student.
Creativity	Below Standards Lacks original creativity. No visuals used.	Reaching Standards Not very appealing. Limited use of creative materials. A few visuals used.	Meeting Standards Shows the student spent time creating an artistic piece. Contains students own ideas. Many graphics.	Exceeding Standards Eye catching. Creativity is shown in every area on the poster. Writing is easy to read. Graphics are used even more than required.

Reaching Standards Some of the comments and explanations are original ,but still a lot of copied and pasted text. A minimal amount of reflection on the topic is seen.	Meeting Standards Most of the text is original thoughts and not copied and pasted from other sources. Student reflected upon the career and the process..	Exceeding Standards Student showed innovation, reflection, and forward thinking in reflecting and presenting the career path chosen.
