Dress Code 25 pts	Exempliary Student is always in clean neat uniform, proper shoes, ID badge and no head gear at any time when on campus.	Good Student comes to campus when not in class out of uniform. Always in clean neat uniform, proper shoes and ID badge and no head gear during classes.	Progressing Student forgets part of the uniform. Uniform wrinkled or not clean. Student has to be asked to get all or part of uniform such as ID Badge, proper foot wear, or forgets to take head gear off.	UnSatisfactory Student comes to class without uniform, ID badge, proper footwear and regularly wears head gear.
Cell Phone Use 25 pts	Exempliary Student never uses cell phone in class, always has ringer off and does not text during class. Cell phone is not out at all during class.
