Missing calorie and other important information.	Proficient Poster includes all relevant information; however, it is not well-organized or easily understood.	Advanced The poster includes all information relevant to the topic. The poster is creative, clear and concise. T
Organization	Novice Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product.	Developing Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.	Proficient The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation. .	Advanced The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.
Design/Creativity elements	Novice Work is incomplete. Poor use of space on the poster.	Developing Not very appealing. Limited use of creative materials. Little use of pictures and captions.	Proficient Lots of colors, shapes, and appealing design. Shows the student spent time creating an artistic piece with a variety of pictures and captions.	Advanced Eye catching. Great use of colors, texture, shapes, and spacing on poster. Writing is easy to read. Used 10 or more pictures,captions, labels, etc.
Presentation	Novice Audience cannot understand presentation. Speaks in low volume which causes audience to disengage. Very little eye contact and vocabulary was used.	Developing Displays minimal eye contact with audience while reading mostly from notes. Speaks in uneven volume with no inflection.	Proficient Direct eye contact with the audience, but returns to notes often used. Good use of vocabulary, and some key points were emphasized.	Advanced . Speaks with fluctuation in volume and inflection. Dancer also emphasizes all key points.
