Preparation 10 pts	Excellent Student was on task for all of the planning time and went beyond expectations to prepare the project. The project was well developed with more than what was required.	Good Student was on task for all of the planning time and developed a well thought out presentation.	Fair Student was on task for most of the planning time and developed a well thought out presentation.	Poor Student was off task for the time of planning and didn't develop a well thought out presentation.
Presentation 10 pts	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject.
Organization 10 pts	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.	Good Student presents information in a somewhat logical, interesting sequence which audience can partially follow.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.
Subject knowledge 10 pts	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.	Good Student is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject.
Grammar & Mechanics 10 pts	Excellent Consistent and appropriate voice. Correct word choice. No spelling, punctuation or capitalization errors.	Good Voice mostly consistent. Fairly effective word choice. No spelling, punctuation or capitalization errors. Less than 3 total errors.	Fair Voice somewhat consistent. Correct word choice. Few spelling, agreement, pronouns punctuation or capitalization errors.	Poor Voice inconsistent. Ineffective word choice. Many spelling, agreement, pronouns, tense, punctuation or capitalization errors.
Photovideo 10 pts	Excellent 100% of the photos are of high quality (not blurry or stretched) and are appropriate for the PhotoStory Project.	Good 8 or 9 of the images used are pleasing to the viewer and necessary to tell the story	Fair 6 or 7 of the pictures are pleasing to the viewer and/or necessary to tell the story	Poor Poor choice of images and they are not appropriate for the project (Used 3 or less pictures)
