Final Paper: Historical Context
Describe the target audience of the propaganda message(s). Discuss media utilization, propaganda techniques – source credibility, symbols, language use, emotional appeal, etc. Provide a comprehensive discussion of propaganda theories used. Discuss special techniques used to maximize effect of the message – for instance: monopolizing communication sources, arousal of emotions, etc. Examine audience reaction to message(s), and counterpropaganda. Provide a description of techniques used to assess Effects. Include an evaluation of message and your suggestions for improvement. Use your text in addition to a minimum of ten authoritative sources to prepare your assignment. Your assignment must conform to AP writing style. Use MLA style for in-text citations and works cited. (4-6 pages)
