The project should include etiology, complications, physical therapy treatments, and secondary prevention concepts. -There is little style and is more like a list of facts rather than an interaction.

-The presentation lacks focus and clarity. Information and pictures are not related to the topic. Very little interaction with patient.

Project effectively addresses the health literacy needs of the patient and presents information in a way the patient can best understand.
Good

Project addresses the health literacy needs of the patient. 50% of the information presented at a level too high or low for the patient.
Fair

Project does not effectively address the health literacy needs of the patient. 75% of the Information presented at a level too high or low for the patient.
Poor

Patient health literacy issues not considered.
