Discussion Forum Rubric

The discussion forum is to be based on the ebola research done prior to posting. It will be guided by you (the students), but will be conducted professionally, with respectful attitudes, even if/when addressing differing opinions. This is a professional forum and should be treated as such. Be sure to use proper grammar and punctuation, as well as APA citations for your factoid.

Good Post was pretty good, but lacked some clarity, which led to a little confusion.	Acceptable Superficial thought and preparation; doesn’t really get into much science. Follow-Up Posting(s) Promotes interaction and asks engaging questions or makes scientific remarks.	Excellent Demonstrates analysis of others’ posts; extends meaningful discussion by building on previous posts, either by asking someone else a meaningful question or by making a scientific comment. "Oh, that's cool!" isn't scientific, even though it's supportive.
