DEPORTES

You will create a slides presentation about sports in Spanish. You will choose a Spanish-speaking country and research the sports they play. You will be required to include the following in your presentation: the country, sports they play, when these sports started in that country, where they are usually played, and who are famous athletes. This report must be in Spanish.

Good Presentation includes all relevant information; however, it is not well-organized or easily understood.	Exceeds The presentation includes all required information relevant to the topic. The presentation is creative and clear. The student added information above what was required for assignment.
Work quality/effort 20 pts	Poor Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.	Fair Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.	Good The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into the presentation.	Exceeds The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.
Format/submission 20 pts	Poor Presentation is not neat. Font is too small or too large. Background makes the font impossible to read. Not submitted on time.	Fair Presentation is somewhat neat, but the font does not have the appropriate size. Background makes the font hard to read. Not submitted on time.	Good Presentation is neat. Language 20 pts	Poor Uses only English language instead of Spanish.	Fair Uses both languages: Spanish and English	Good Uses Spanish language, learned vocabulary, short, simple sentences with a fair grammar use.
