Fluidity	Excellent/Exemplary - speaks with confidence, without hesitation, loud and clear	Proficient - speaks most of the time with confidence, without hesitation, loud and clear	Satisfactory - speaks sometimes with confidence, with hesitation, difficult to hear	Basic - speaks with very little confidence, much hesitation, difficult to hear and understand
Grammar	Excellent/Exemplary - very good grammar use, few to no errors	Proficient - good grammar use -only a few errors	Satisfactory - fair use of grammar, many errors	Basic -grammar is weak, there are many errors
Necessary elements	Excellent/Exemplary -student effectively uses all necessary phrases, structures and vocabulary with only small errors	Proficient -student effectively uses most necessary phrases, structures and vocabulary with some errors	Satisfactory -student used necessary phrases, structures and vocabulary a little bit	Basic -student did not effectively use necessary phrases, structures and vocabulary
