Time constraints followed (would follow the 1-5 minutes requirements)
Content	Minimal Project is unidentified.	Basic Project benefits/ issues are unclear. No talking points from the hand are used.	Proficient Project benefits/ issues are defined. 1-2 talking points from the handout are used.	Advanced Project benefits/ issues are clearly defined and convincingly expressed. 3 or more talking points from the handout are used.
