	Level 4 4 pts	Level 3 3 pts	Level 2 2 pts	Below Level 1 1 pts
Content	Level 4 The learning activity includes all information relevant to the topic in an organized fashion.	Level 3 Paper includes most relevant information; information is organized.	Level 2 Does not have all of the relevant information of the paper. Information is disorganized.	Below Level 1 The paper is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented.
Work quality	Level 4 The work done exceeds all expectations. The effort put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.	Level 3 Work is done with good effort that shows the capability of the learner. It is evident that time was put into this project.	Level 2 Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed or not given appropriate time and attention.	Below Level 1 Work is done with little effort, shows lack of quality, and may be incomplete. It is evident little time was spent on the final product.
