RESEARCH 50 % At what level of depth are the new ideas/concepts/topics discovered?	Fair Concern Ideas, concepts, and topics are researched, but finding only some of the information that was required.	Developing Ideas, concepts, and topics are researched at a general level, finding most of the information that was required.	Application Ideas, concepts, and topics are researched at a sufficient level, finding all the information that was required.	Above + Beyond Ideas, concepts, and topics are "discovered" at a deep level, searching for more information than what was required for the basics of what was assigned.
PRESENTATION 25 % Is the information presented in an organized, time-efficient, balanced way?	Fair Concern The observer can only somewhat understand the points being made.
