Assignments	Excellent All assignments for each class are written into the planner. Teacher/Parent/student knows what topic is being learned.	Good Majority of the assignments for classes are written into the planner.	Fair Some of the assignments for classes (1-2 classes) are written into the planner with complete descriptions. (3-4 classes) are written into the planner.	Poor No assignments are written into the planner. (1-4 classes) are written into the planner.
Organization/Appearance	Excellent All are written with ink/agenda looks clean and neat/Using all color coding/All writing is legible.	Good Majority are written with ink/agenda looks clean and neat/Most writing is legible.	Fair Some are written with ink/agenda looks clean and neat/Some writing is legible.
