Descriptive Restaurant Menu
Restaurant Menu
Create a menu. You must give your restaurant a name and create the menu. The menu should include at least five complete choices for each of the sections of the menu: appetizers, entrees, kids menu and desserts. The menu should be visually pleasing with easily identifiable headings, prices, and pictures. Each food item must have 2-4 sentences with minimum of 4 adjectives each.

Menu has most of the required section headings. The headings are not easily identified and contain spelling errors.

Menu has few of the required section headings, The headings are not easily identified and may contain spelling errors or are in English.
Pictures

Drawings are included in the menu. They are in color and would be attractive to the customer. Time and effort have been clearly invested.

Fewer drawings are included in the menu, or are drawn out sloppily. Shows some effort.
Level 2
3 or fewer pictures are included in the menu, or are drawn in pencil and shows little effort.
Level 1
2 or fewer pictures are included in the menu, or are drawn in pencil and shows minimal effort.
Grammar and Adjectives

Menu is grammatically sound. Displays excellent descriptions. (use of articles, accent marks, spelling, sentence structure, etc.)
More than 4 adjectives in most menu items.

Menu has a few grammatical errors but meaning is understood. Descriptions are written correctly with few mistakes of grammar, context, or sentence structure.
Each item has 4 adjectives.

Grammar incorrectly used throughout the menu. Words used incorrectly or out of context.
