Poster Project Rubric 
The students will put together a poster for display and be able to answer questions from peer evaluators during a poster session. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the student's case study project and will demonstrate their ability to apply the Resource Management Process Model to real-life scenarios.

The poster should represent the main ideas presented in the case study written assignment so that the viewer clearly sees how the presenter applied the management process to a real-life scenario.

The poster is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented. Confusing.
Partially Proficient

Poster does not have all of the relevant information. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion and may be hard to understand.
Proficient

Poster includes all relevant information; however, the poster may or may not be well-organized and clear.
Proficient with Distinction

The poster includes all information relevant to the topic. The poster is creative, clear and concise. The student added information above what was discussed in written assignment that was required for the project.

50 % The student shows up on presentation day with a poster they put effort into and is able to present to peer evaluators.

The poster appears to be put together using time and effort. The product is something the presenter appears to be proud of.

Not Proficient

Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete. Presenter is late and/or off task.
Partially Proficient

Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.
Proficient

The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation.
Proficient with Distinction

The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.
Creativity

The poster should be unique and the student voice should be seen and heard throughout the chosen pieces.

Not Proficient

Lacks original artwork. Not students own drawing/writing. Not good use of space on poster. Messy. Lacks color, texture.
Partially Proficient

Not very appealing. Limited use of creative materials. Not alot of color/shapes/design. Most of the drawings/writing is the student's own.
Proficient

Contains students own writing and drawing. Lots of colors, shapes, and appealing design. Shows the student spent time creating an artistic piece.
Proficient with Distinction

Eye catching. Great use of colors, texture, shapes, and spacing on poster. Artwork/handwriting/ideas are the students own & is neat. Writing is easy to read. Shows the student can express ideas through art.
Feedback/Questions

The presenter is able to answer peer evaluator questions, discuss the poster, and the project it represents.

Not Proficient

Presenter cannot answers evaluators' questions or attempts to "pretend" to know answers and is less than enthusiastic about the poster during the presentation session.
Partially Proficient

Presenter cannot answers evaluators' questions or attempts to "pretend" to know answers.
Proficient

Presenter adequately answers evaluators' questions.
Proficient with Distinction

Presenter adequately answers evaluators' questions, offers insight into the project, and proudly points out key elements of the poster.
