Project is neat, organized and shows best work. It contains information based on the time and era of that Explorer.

Project is somewhat organized. Some information might be inaccurate based on the time and era of chosen explorer.
Poor
Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the student is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete or incorrect.

The work has an element of creativity and style, and is not just a list of facts. The product is presented in a clear and concise manner with full understanding of the causes and effects of explorers

The product is clear and logical and contains facts as well as very few mistakes. Good clear presentation.

The product lacks style and reads more like a list of facts than a creative look at the causes and effects of the explorers. The product lacks creativity.

The product lacks a clear understanding of the causes and effects of the explorers and there are many errors. Product is not creative.

The student speaks clearly and presents a accurate information to support the main idea of the play. Student's presentation is organized and spoken at an understandable pace using good intonation that enhances the presentation.

The student speaks clearly and presents a accurate information to support the main idea of the play. Student's presentation is organized and spoken at an understandable pace.
Fair
There are several confusing moments and the information about the explorer presented is not completely shared during the presentation. The student has not practiced what is to be said. Student's pace is either rushed, mumbled or choppy.
Poor
Student needs assistance in learning to speak using proper pacing, speaking clearly and in an organized manner to explain the cause and effect of the explorer.
