Authors, title, journal name, publication year, volume, page numbers.

Mechanics Requirements

Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins. First page header should include your name, the assignment name, and the due date. Followed by: Title of your summary, brief introduction to the topic, body of summary, reflection, reference citation.
