Content 30 %	Unsatisfactory Content is vague and missing most of the required topics.	Below Average content is vague and missing some required topics.	Competent content is written with a logical progression of ideas and covers most of the required information.	Proficient content is written clearly and concisely with a logical progression of ideas covering the requested information
Subject Knowledge 30 %	Unsatisfactory project displays no grasp of knowledge or information about the topic.	Below Average Project displays some grasp of knowlege about the topic.	Competent Project displays a good grasp of the subject matter. Knowledge of topic is good, but limited.	Proficient Project displays a very good understanding of the subject matter.Knowledge about the topic is detailed and information is accurate.
Layout/Presentation 20 %	Unsatisfactory The layout lacks any logical structure which leaves it very difficult to follow or read. Many grammar mistakes. Unappealing to the eye, requiring little or no effort.	Below Average The layout shows some structure but appears visually unappealing, but contributes somewhat to the overall message.
