Fair to Good 6 to 8 points: - Paper addresses topics and ideas required. To improve: - Support ideas with specific details. - Include research citations.	Good to Excellent 9 to 10 points - Content is comprehensive, accurate, and addresses the assignment. - Ideas are presented in a clear and understandable manner. - Major points are stated clearly and are well supported. - Research (if used) is adequate, timely and addresses course concepts. - Content and purpose of the writing are clear.
Format & Organization 5 pts	Poor 0 to 1 point: - Paper lacks many elements of correct formatting. - Too Short or too long. - Lack of structure. - Topic sentences missing or unclear. - Weak support. - Evidence of plagiarism.
