Below Average -Difficult to read. -15 or more combined errors in spelling, grammar, and/or punctuation.
Content	Excellent -Student discussed events from a first-person perspective. Gave great detail. Used descriptive words and appealed to the senses -Includes 6 pages and 1 cover	Above Average -Student completed entries from the first person and included details but not thorough. -Includes 5 pages and 1 cover	Average -Entries are not complete in quantity. -Lack first-person perspective or information about events discussed. -Failed to include detailed information. -Includes 4 pages and 1 cover	Below Average -Entry is lacking the quantity required. -Entries are not related to the prompt. -Includes 3 or less pages
