This rubric has been designed to assess student's on task performance during classroom instruction. This rubric is completed weekly.

Noise level

Student's noise level was not an issue. No warnings were given.
Studentn was not a distraction to other students working around him/her.

Student was unable to follow directions due to being off task or unwillingness to work. Even when redirected, student did not follow the directions.
