Fair Subject Line has errors - spelling, grammar, punctuation - and/or does not describe the message's contents.	Poor No Subject Line included with email.
Salutation/Greeting	Excellent Salutation/Greeting has no grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors and accurately addresses the person to whom the message is written.	Good Salutation/Greeting has no grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors and somewhat accurately addresses the person to whom the message is written.	Fair Salutation/Greeting has errors - grammar, spelling, punctuation - and/or does not address the person to whom the message is written.	Poor No Salutation/Greeting included with in the email.
Body	Excellent The message contains no errors in grammar, punctuation, and/or spelling and/or all sentences are complete, well-constructed, and use formal language.	Good The message contains 1 to 2 errors in grammar, punctuation, and/or spelling and/or all sentences are complete, well-constructed, and mostly use formal language. Ideas	Excellent Main ideas are accurately expressed in a clear and organized fashion within the body of the message.	Good Main ideas are somewhat expressed in a clear and organized fashion within the body of the message.	Fair Main ideas are barely expressed in a clear and organized fashion within the body of the message.	Poor Main ideas are not expressed in a clear and organized fashion within the body of the message.
Closing	Excellent Closing has no grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors and accurately closes the message.	Good Closing has no grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors and accurately closes the message.	Fair Closing has many grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors and barely closes the message properly.	Poor Closing is not included in the message.
Signature	Excellent Email contains appropriate signature with first and last name. First letter of first and last name are capitalized. Spacing is appropriate.	Good Email contains a signature that is missing one key element.	Fair Email contains a signature that is missing 2 key elements.	Poor Signature is not included in the message.
