Fair Topic is slightly discussed but more material is needed. Contains at least 80% of subtopics and defines at least 80% of vocabulary. Missing some information.	Needs Improvement Topic is addressed but not discussed or elaborated on. Contains less than 80% of subtopics and defines less than 80% of vocabulary. Page does not contain relevant information.
Presentation/Graphics	Excellent Page is attractive. Text is easy to read. Graphics are used throughout to enhance presentation. More than 5 graphics present related to topic. Graphics consistently support information. Makes excellent use color to enhance the presentation.	Well Done Page is attractive. Text is easy to read. The page uses 5 graphics to enhance presentation. Graphics adequately support information. Makes good use color to enhance to presentation.	Fair Page is easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided.
