My Country Project My Country Project Student will investigate a Spanish speaking country of their choice Students will research in order to be able to answer present information about their country’s resources, culture, government, religion, geography, political atmosphere, social events, recreational pastimes, history, economics, etc. They will present the country in front of the class and also a report about their country in either written or digital format. My Country Project
	Excess the standard. Excellent work is defined as following all of the criterion and doing the best work you can do. 5 pts	Meet the standard Good work is defined as following most of the directions and doing the best you can do. 4 pts	Approach the standard Fair work is defined as making an effort, but not really doing your best work. You are capable of doing much better. 3 pts	Below the standard Poor work is defined as not doing a good job and no real effort was put forth. 2 pts
Geography Questions 4 pts	Excess the standard. Made reference to all geography aspects of the country of choice. Made a real effort to be accurate and have current information.	Meet the standard Made reference to most geography aspects of the country of choice. Made a real effort to find information, but just didn't quite provide all the information	Approach the standard Correctly answered some of the geography questions.	Below the standard Did not answer geography questions correctly, no real effort.
Political data 4 pts	Excess the standard. Made accurate reference to the political status of the country. Made a real effort to be accurate and have current information.
