Good construction and not very messy.	2 The wreath is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit messy.	1 The wreath is distractingly messy and not constructed well.
Effort	4 Wreath is well completed and space was utilized well. ALL required components are visible.	3 Wreath is well completed, but space was not utilized to the full extent or some items seem out of place.	2 Wreath is somewhat complete. Missing most of the required leaves.	1 Wreath decorating was attempted or not complete. No leaves visible.
