Gathering of Info. 20 pts	Exceeds Standards Student read/gathered the material. Student shows a clear understanding of the topic and how to organize it.	Meets Standards Student gathered the information with limited effort ; student shows an adequate understanding of the topic but has a hard time organizing it.	Developing Skills Student did not include all information ; student does not understand the topic enough to explain it.
Required Components 20 pts	Exceeds Standards Student included all eight components.	Meets Standards Student included at least four of the eight components in its' entirety.	Developing Skills Student is missing 1 or more of the components.
General Effort & Neatness 20 pts	Exceeds Standards Student wrote/presented the information clearly, neatly, colorful, and with a great deal of effort for proper grammar.	Meets Standards Student wrote/presented the information with some concern for neatness and color, and some effort for proper grammar.	Developing Skills Student showed little to no effort in all areas. Student had sloppy handwriting that was difficult to read.
Presentation 20 pts	Exceeds Standards Did the student speak clearly and knowledgeably about their topic. Could the student answer reasonable questions asked by the audience.	Meets Standards Did the student speak clearly for the majority of the presentation. Did the student do their best to answer the questions form the audience.	Developing Skills Did the student mumble and fly through their presentation. Was the student unable to answer reasonable the questions given to them by the audience.
Accuracy 20 pts	Exceeds Standards All of the information given accurate and correct.	Meets Standards The information is mostly correct.	Developing Skills Some of the information is incorrect.
