Excellent Consistently stays on the task and what needs to be done. Very self-directed.
Working with Others	Poor Rarely listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Often is not a good team player.	Fair Often listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others, but sometimes is not a good group member.	Good Usually listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause problems or conflict in the group	Excellent Almost always listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Tries to keep group members working well together.
Participation	Poor Refuses to be active in lesson. Does not gesture during reading and /or does not work on writing assignments.
