All proofreading skills are adapted within the writing. Spelling errors, run-ons and fragments are corrected.

There are 0-1 errors in grammar and sentence formation.

There are 2-3 errors in grammar and sentence formation.
Satisfactory

There are 4-5 errors in grammar and sentence formation.
Emerging

There are 6 or more errors in grammar and sentence formation.
Editing and Publishing

Creative ideas and neatness are present throughout.

Project is creative and all elements of a well-planned children's book are present.

Neatness is present, but student was capable of more creative work.
