Good Students display a good understanding of the issue selected. Project makes sense but more information is required.	Fair Students display a limited understanding of the issue selected. Padlet lacks research, statistics, citations, and credible resources. Elements of your padlet are incomplete and or confusing.	Poor Students do not display an understanding of the issue selected No citations provided.
Writing your Bill	Excellent All 9 posts outlined in step 5 are complete and answered fully, the proposed bill is realistic, based on research, and displays creative thinking.	Good Most posts are completed fully, the proposed bill makes sense but may lack research or creativity, or effort.	Fair missing posts may not be appropriate to send to a member of congress incomplete/lacks effort or creativity	Poor VERY INCOMPLETE. Missing 4 or more posts not school appropriate lacks effort
